Clinical Integration

Employer Model
The clinically integrated network is the most efficient provider network due to the fact that it is physician driven. The physicians can take the lead in the clinically integrated network because they are electronically connected to all other providers within the organization. They share data from the CHP Integration of Healthcare Data Program, which enables them to better serve the patient and the employer. Within the CHP Network, there are two clinically integrated networks, one in Oconee County (PHS-CI) and one in Spartanburg County (RHP).
Provider Organization Model
If you are a provider organization or medical community that is considering Clinical Integration in readiness for HealthCare Reform, you are in for an expensive venture. The legal, financial and clinical requirements to become clinically integrated are overwhelming. CHP has experience in such ventures and we can get you on the right path. We'll help you determine if Clinical Integration is the right strategy for your specific medical community or if there are better alternatives. We can then help you implement that strategy in the most efficient way.
